4. Fees and Payment

• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This obligation continues even after the termination of our engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make every effort to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and methodologies developed by us remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your business purposes only.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for fees for services rendered
• We will return your documents and materials
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Incomplete work will be billed pro-rata

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
